CONSISTING OF:
LOOP AGERS
- Stainless steel steam chamber with steam generator
- Fabric re-winder
- The selection of the type of the fabric
on the control panel will automatically adjust the
temperature and steam temperature for the selected procedure.
- The steam chamber is double walled and is fully insulated to minimize any heat loss.
• Included is a steam generator with a steam boiler, 20l water tank with water level sensor,
steam regulation and automatic condensate recirculation.
• The steam heating and regulation are controlled via a digital temperature controller situated
on the electrical cabinet
- Fabric re-winder can accommodate rolls up to 300 mm diameter and includes automatic speed
control, which is regulated by a "dancing" bar.
- All functions of the Loop Ager are controlled by PLC with programmable terminal in auto and
manual mode. The control panel is located in easy to reach position.
- The entire unit is mounted on swivel wheels.
